Made-to-order items: Final sale
All items are made to order just for you, so they are final sale and non-returnable.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a refund.

Other items
For non-made-to-order items (if any), contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
